Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all individual sessions, packages, workshops, and events offered (hereinafter referred to as 'sessions') by Barbora Sztrancsikova. The services are intended for consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
2. Nature of Services
The offered sessions (including NEO Emotional Release, somatic guidance, body-oriented processes, Inner Parts Work, energy balancing) serve personal development, self-discovery, and emotional support. The services do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, or healing treatment and do not replace corresponding diagnostics or therapy by licensed professionals. No promises of healing are made.
3. Conclusion of Contract
Bookings for events or coaching sessions are made via the website or by individual appointment arrangement. By clicking "Book with payment obligation", the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a service contract. The contract is formed upon the provider sending the booking confirmation by email (§ 312i para. 1 no. 3 BGB).
4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are final. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no value-added tax is charged. Payment is due in advance, at the latest by: - 5 business days after the booking confirmation, or - 48 hours before the start of the event – whichever comes first. For bookings made less than 48 hours before the event, payment is due immediately. If payment is not received within the stated deadline, the provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract and make the reserved spot available to others. No separate notice of withdrawal is required.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Events and coaching sessions take place at a fixed, agreed appointment and are classified as scheduled services under § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB. Accordingly, no statutory right of withdrawal applies. Cancellations and rescheduling are governed exclusively by § 6 of these Terms.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
For events (workshops, ceremonies, group sessions): Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 72 hours before the event begins. In this case, any payments already made will be fully refunded. Cancellations or no-shows less than 72 hours before the appointment will be charged in full. Transferring the ticket to another person is permitted. For coaching sessions (individual sessions): Cancellations are not possible; the booking is binding. However, rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before the agreed appointment. A flat processing fee of 20% of the session price applies to all rescheduled sessions (e.g. to cover room costs). Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no-shows less than 72 hours before the appointment will be charged in full. Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted exclusively via: - Instagram: @barbora_connect - Email: barbora.connect@gmail.com The customer retains the right to demonstrate that no loss or a significantly lesser loss has occurred.
7. Participation Requirements and Self-Responsibility
Participation is voluntary and at the customer's own responsibility. The customer confirms being physically and mentally capable of participating in the session. In the event of acute psychological crises or severe mental illness, prior medical or therapeutic clarification is required. The customer bears responsibility for their own physical and mental stability during and after the session.
8. Touch and Consent
If sessions include body-oriented elements or touch, these occur only with the customer's express consent. Consent can be revoked at any time.
9. Liability
Liability of Barbora Sztrancsikova is excluded for simple negligence, provided no essential contractual obligations were violated. Liability remains unaffected: - for intent and gross negligence - for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health - according to mandatory statutory regulations No guarantee of specific results or successes is assumed.
10. Confidentiality
All contents discussed during the sessions are treated confidentially. Disclosure to third parties occurs only with the customer's express consent or due to legal obligation.
11. Data Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
