Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
For bookings of sessions, packages, or events via our website or email, consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. The withdrawal must be clearly stated (e.g., by email or using the form below). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of withdrawal before the period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if: - You expressly agree that the performance of the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, - and you confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires upon full contract fulfillment by us. Without this consent, the right of withdrawal remains in effect.
Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Specific Appointments
In accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision. This applies in particular to firmly booked individual sessions, workshops, or event tickets.
