COME to Your Body is a space where we move consciously with the rhythm of our body, inviting it to safely and fully express that which was suppressed and not allowed. A space where you are not too much or too little, where you don’t perform, only express. There are no consequences for you to be you and act on your impulses to move, shake, and allow the life force to move through you in an uncontrolled way.
This is a space where you build a deeper self-connection to your body, where you meet like-minded people and are present in your body with your breath, your emotions, and your sensations. Verbally guided through a session of body movement, you will leave feeling held and seen, yet free and open. Connected to your body, your needs, and your heart.
